ABSOLUTELY wonderful stay!
responsive staff daily cleaning breakfast choice rooftop pool
OH my goodness, the staff at the reception was SO responsive. Rooms offered daily cleaning, SO convenient. The breakfast had MANY choices, it was delicious. The hotel's location allowed easy access to local attractions. I found this aspect particularly useful, it enhanced my overall experience. I definitely enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was a great way to unwind after a day exploring. The views from up there are fantastic, definitely recommend it.
The elevator was a LITTLE slow during peak hours. I had to wait a few extra minutes SOMETIMES.

The staff provided quick responses to requests and were very helpful. They offered assistance with directions, recommendations, and promptly addressed any concerns, which I REALLY appreciated.

The breakfast buffet included many hot and cold options, VERY delicious. Fresh fruit, pastries, and a selection of local cheeses were available EVERY morning. I enjoyed the variety.

The room included a mini-fridge, a safe, and a flat-screen television. I found complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom, REALLY convenient. The room offered daily housekeeping services.

The hotel featured a rooftop pool and bar area with plenty of lounge chairs, SUPER relaxing. The fitness center included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights, EVERYTHING I needed. There was also a spa offering massage services.

The gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. The rooftop pool area provided ample seating with comfortable loungers. I enjoyed the quick access to refreshing beverages at the bar.
The shower in my room had low water pressure, affecting the overall experience.

poor soundproofing limited selection
the room was clean and the location was acceptable, close to the main attractions.
I was frustrated with the poor soundproofing. Noise from other rooms and the hallway was quite disruptive. the air conditioning in my room did not work efficiently. also, the breakfast was disappointing. The hot food was often lukewarm, and the selection seemed limited for a hotel of this supposed standard.
